Mediterranean cuisine and local flavours are creatively combined in Chef Gabriele Migliorati’s proposals, always achieving the perfect balance between taste and style and creating perfect solutions for lunches, aperitifs, dinners, banquets, business lunches, private and company events. The Restaurant is open every day* from 12.00 to 14.00 and from 19.00 to 22.00
* From Tuesday, October 2nd 2018 till Sunday, March 31st 2019 the Restaurant will remain closed on Sunday evenings and on Mondays all day.
Vineyard and organic garden: seasonal and “km 0” products
Our Chef carefully chooses genuine and seasonal ingredients, some of which come directly from the organic garden located in the park of the Resort. Aromatic herbs, seasonal fruit and vegetables enrich the Restaurant’s menus with their genuine taste. The Resort Collina d’Oro also boasts a charming private vineyard located on a hill with a wide range of exposures: west for Sauvignon blanc, south for Cabernet, east for Collina d'Oro Merlot. The last one, produced by Fattoria Moncucchetto, won the second prize at the prestigious Grand Prix du Vin Suisse 2014 in the category “Assemblages rouges”. A merlot wine called "Rosso del Ticino" aged in barrique for 12 months, that can be tasted and bought at our Restaurant.
